Refund policy

I do not offer returns or exchanges of products at this time. If your product is damaged please contact homeofdamebourgeoise@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. In your email, please include your order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify.

If it is decided that your product is damaged, we will happily issues you store credit or a gift card. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund. 

Please note, damage does not include air spaces that are normal in our body butters or mild separation that occurs due to whether. These are handmade products and differences will occur but we will only send you our best products.
